Terms & Conditions

CRDT FWRD is a credit-support, education, and membership experience designed to help members better understand, address, strengthen, and strategically use their credit profiles.

Depending on membership status and individual circumstances, CRDT FWRD may include:

• Personalized credit guidance;
• Credit-report review and analysis;
• Done-for-you dispute assistance;
• Credit-building and profile-strengthening guidance;
• Educational courses, lessons, and resources;
• Access to the CRDT FWRD online community;
• Workshops, live sessions, and community events;
• Guidance related to positioning a credit profile for future financial goals; and
• Other resources or support made available to active members.

Specific services may vary based on the member's credit profile, needs, eligibility, participation, and membership status.

The initial cost to join CRDT FWRD is $199, consisting of:

• $150 one-time enrollment fee; and
• $49 first-month membership fee.

After the first month, CRDT FWRD membership automatically renews at $49 per month until canceled.

There is no minimum monthly commitment.

By enrolling, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the initial amount and subsequent recurring membership payments until cancellation.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.

The $150 enrollment fee covers initial setup, onboarding, review, and the initial done-for-you support associated with enrollment.

The enrollment fee is separate from the recurring CRDT FWRD membership fee.

The enrollment fee is non-refundable once onboarding or services have begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The $49 monthly membership fee provides continued access to the CRDT FWRD membership experience, which may include the online community, educational content, resources, tools, workshops, guidance, and other benefits available to active members.

Membership benefits may be updated, improved, replaced, or modified as the program develops, provided that changes do not eliminate rights provided by applicable law.

Access to membership-only content is intended solely for the enrolled member and may not be shared, resold, copied, distributed, or provided to unauthorized individuals.

The initial CRDT FWRD enrollment includes one done-for-you dispute round, subject to timely completion of all required onboarding steps.

Members must complete required onboarding within 15 calendar days of enrollment.

Required onboarding may include:

• Completing intake forms;
• Providing requested identification;
• Providing proof-of-address or other requested documentation;
• Establishing required credit-monitoring access;
• Providing information necessary to review the member's credit profile; and
• Completing other reasonable steps communicated during onboarding.

If all required onboarding information is not received within 15 calendar days, the member forfeits the initial done-for-you dispute round included with enrollment.

A forfeited dispute round does not roll over, accumulate, convert into a future service credit, or create an entitlement to a refund.

Failure to complete onboarding does not automatically cancel the member's CRDT FWRD membership or recurring billing.

Certain individualized and done-for-you services require active third-party credit monitoring.

Credit-monitoring fees are not included in CRDT FWRD pricing and are the member's responsibility.

Members are responsible for establishing and maintaining any required monitoring account and providing the information or authorized access reasonably necessary for RGF Solutions LLC to perform requested services.

If required monitoring becomes inactive, inaccessible, or unavailable, certain services may be delayed or unable to be performed.

Inactive monitoring does not automatically pause membership fees or cancel membership.

Active members may receive continued credit guidance and support based on their individual circumstances.

Eligible new negative items appearing during an active membership may be addressed as part of ongoing support when appropriate and do not automatically incur an additional per-item fee.

The existence of an active membership does not guarantee that every item can or should be disputed.

RGF Solutions LLC may determine that disputing a particular item is inappropriate, unsupported, premature, potentially harmful to the member's goals, or otherwise not advisable.

Successful participation requires cooperation from the member.

Members agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information;
• Submit requested documents within applicable deadlines;
• Maintain required third-party services;
• Monitor communications from RGF Solutions LLC;
• Respond to reasonable requests for information;
• Review materials and recommendations provided;
• Avoid knowingly providing false, altered, fraudulent, or misleading information;
• Notify RGF Solutions LLC of material changes affecting their credit profile; and
• Take responsibility for personal financial decisions and actions.

RGF Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays or limitations resulting from a member's failure to provide required information, documentation, access, or cooperation.

Credit-report disputes and investigations involve third parties, including consumer reporting agencies, furnishers, creditors, collectors, and other organizations that RGF Solutions LLC does not control.

Therefore, RGF Solutions LLC cannot guarantee how quickly a third party will respond or what determination it will make.

Members should understand that credit-related processes may require multiple steps and may take 30–45 days or longer, depending on the circumstances.

Members should not assume that the purchase of CRDT FWRD will produce immediate changes to their credit reports or scores.

RGF Solutions LLC does not guarantee:

• Removal or deletion of any particular account or item;
• A specific number of deletions;
• A specific credit-score increase;
• Results within a particular timeframe;
• Approval for a credit card, loan, mortgage, vehicle, apartment, financing, or funding;
• A particular credit limit;
• A particular interest rate or financing term;
• Homeownership, vehicle ownership, business funding, or any other financial outcome.

Every credit profile and financial situation is different.

Past client results, testimonials, screenshots, score increases, approvals, deletions, purchases, or other examples are provided for informational purposes and represent individual experiences. They are not guarantees of future or similar results.

Information provided through CRDT FWRD is intended for general educational and credit-support purposes.

RGF Solutions LLC does not act as a bank, lender, consumer reporting agency, financial institution, law firm, or financial adviser.

Nothing provided through CRDT FWRD constitutes a guarantee that a particular financial strategy, lender, product, or course of action is appropriate for every member.

Members remain responsible for reviewing terms, costs, risks, and eligibility requirements before applying for or entering into any financial product or transaction.

CRDT FWRD community access is intended to provide a respectful environment for education, discussion, accountability, and support.

Members may not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other members;
• Post discriminatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful content;
• Spam or repeatedly solicit other members;
• Sell or promote unrelated products or services without authorization;
• Share another member's private information;
• Share private CRDT FWRD materials outside the community;
• Impersonate another person;
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity; or
• Intentionally disrupt the community or its events.

RGF Solutions LLC reserves the right to restrict or terminate community access for serious or repeated violations.

Termination resulting from a member's violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the member to a refund.

CRDT FWRD courses, videos, worksheets, presentations, templates, graphics, documents, written materials, processes, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to RGF Solutions LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use membership materials for your own personal educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, upload, teach, sublicense, commercially exploit, or provide CRDT FWRD materials to another person without prior written authorization from RGF Solutions LLC.

CRDT FWRD may offer live educational sessions, workshops, community conversations, guest-speaker events, or other programming.

Schedules, speakers, topics, frequency, and availability may change.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, missing a live event does not create an entitlement to a refund or membership credit.

Information provided by independent guest speakers represents the speaker's own knowledge, experience, and opinions and does not necessarily constitute advice or a guarantee by RGF Solutions LLC.

Members may cancel their recurring CRDT FWRD membership at any time before their next scheduled renewal.

There is no cancellation fee and no minimum monthly commitment.

Cancellation stops future recurring membership charges.

Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or addressed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Members may continue accessing applicable paid membership benefits through the end of their current paid membership period following cancellation, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website.

By enrolling in CRDT FWRD, members acknowledge that they have had access to the applicable pricing, recurring-billing information, and refund and cancellation terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.

CRDT FWRD may use or recommend third-party platforms, tools, credit-monitoring providers, payment processors, community platforms, educational resources, or financial products.

Third-party companies operate independently from RGF Solutions LLC.

RGF Solutions LLC does not control and is not responsible for a third party's:

• Pricing;
• Availability;
• Approval decisions;
• Terms and conditions;
• Privacy practices;
• Technology;
• Customer service;
• Account restrictions; or
• Changes to its products or services.

Members are responsible for reviewing applicable third-party terms before using those services.

Customer support is available through:

The customer-support telephone number is intended for general customer-service, billing, membership, and account-related assistance.

Access to the customer-support number does not constitute unlimited telephone access to individualized credit strategy services.

When applicable, individualized consultations or strategy calls may require a separately scheduled appointment or may only be included with designated services.

RGF Solutions LLC may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary due to:

• Nonpayment;
• Fraudulent activity;
• Abuse or harassment;
• Material violation of these Terms;
• Unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials;
• Misuse of the community or services; or
• Conduct that materially interferes with our ability to provide services.

Termination does not eliminate amounts already owed or automatically create a right to a refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RGF Solutions LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of CRDT FWRD or reliance on educational information provided through the program.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Members are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before providing personal or credit-related information.

RGF Solutions LLC may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to CRDT FWRD, our business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date.

Material changes affecting an active recurring membership will be communicated when required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
