Refund & Cancellation Policy

The total cost to begin CRDT FWRD is $199, consisting of:

• $150 one-time enrollment fee
• $49 first-month membership fee

The one-time enrollment fee covers initial account setup, onboarding, review, and the initial done-for-you support included with enrollment.

The $49 membership fee provides access to the CRDT FWRD membership experience, including the community, educational resources, tools, and other membership benefits made available during the applicable membership period.

After the first month, membership automatically renews at $49 per month until canceled.

There is no minimum monthly commitment.

The $150 enrollment fee is non-refundable once onboarding or services have begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

The $49 membership payment is non-refundable once charged and membership access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Because members receive access to digital community content, educational materials, resources, and other membership benefits, cancellation does not entitle a member to a refund for a membership period that has already begun.

Billing errors, duplicate charges, or other payment issues may be reviewed individually by RGF Solutions LLC.

Your enrollment includes one initial done-for-you dispute round, subject to successful completion of all required onboarding steps.

Members must complete all required onboarding requirements within 15 calendar days of enrollment. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Providing requested identification and supporting documents;
• Completing required intake forms;
• Establishing and maintaining required credit-monitoring access;
• Providing RGF Solutions LLC with the information necessary to begin individualized services; and
• Completing any other onboarding steps communicated by RGF Solutions LLC.

If the required onboarding information is not received within 15 calendar days, the member forfeits the initial done-for-you dispute round included with enrollment.

A forfeited round does not roll over, accumulate, convert to a future service credit, or entitle the member to a refund.

Failure to complete onboarding does not automatically cancel the CRDT FWRD membership. Membership and recurring billing will continue until canceled by the member.

Active credit monitoring is required for certain individualized and done-for-you services.

The cost of credit monitoring is not included in CRDT FWRD membership fees and is the member's responsibility.

If required credit-monitoring access is canceled, expires, becomes inaccessible, or is otherwise unavailable, RGF Solutions LLC may be unable to perform services that depend upon that information.

Loss of credit-monitoring access does not automatically pause or cancel membership billing. Members remain responsible for canceling their membership if they no longer wish to continue.

Following the first month, CRDT FWRD renews automatically at $49 per month using the payment method provided at enrollment.

Continued membership may include community access, educational materials, resources, ongoing credit guidance, and continued support as described within the CRDT FWRD program.

Eligible new negative items that appear while a member maintains an active membership may be addressed as part of ongoing support when appropriate. They do not automatically result in an additional per-item charge.

Services are performed according to the member's individual circumstances and the normal processes and timelines applicable to the service being provided.

Members may cancel their CRDT FWRD membership at any time before their next scheduled renewal.

There is no cancellation fee.

Cancellation prevents future recurring membership charges. It does not reverse or refund a payment that has already been processed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

After cancellation, the member may continue using paid membership benefits through the end of the applicable paid membership period, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Cancellation of membership does not create a refund or credit for unused days within an already-paid membership period.

RGF Solutions LLC does not guarantee:

• Removal or deletion of any specific credit-report item;
• A specific credit-score increase;
• Results within a specific period;
• Approval for credit cards, loans, housing, vehicles, financing, or funding;
• Specific credit limits, interest rates, or financing terms; or
• Any particular financial outcome.

Credit outcomes vary based on each individual's credit profile, creditor and credit-reporting agency responses, financial behavior, and other circumstances outside the control of RGF Solutions LLC.

Testimonials, screenshots, score changes, approvals, and other client results shown by RGF Solutions LLC represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of similar results.

Members are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, maintaining required third-party services, responding to requests for information, reviewing communications, and completing actions requested as part of their personalized plan.

Delays caused by missing information, inactive monitoring, failure to respond, or failure to complete required actions may delay or prevent services from being performed and do not automatically create a right to a refund.

The customer-support telephone number is provided for general account and customer-service assistance. Individualized credit strategy consultations or other scheduled services are not automatically included as telephone support unless expressly included in the member's service.

RGF Solutions LLC may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

Changes will not eliminate rights that a consumer may have under applicable law.
